AI Assistant Overview

What is this for?

The AI Assistant is your personal helper built right into the event organizer interface. It helps you create registration forms, adjust fields, find settings, and answer questions about how the system works — all through chat, without leaving the page or reading long manuals.

The AI Assistant is available on every organizer page. Its icon — a green hexagonal button with a pulsing animation — stays fixed in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click it to open the chat window.

What It Looks Like on Screen

Open button — a green hexagonal icon in the bottom-right corner. When you hover over it, a tooltip says "AI Assistant". The button pulses to catch your attention but never gets in the way of your work.

Chat window — a floating panel 450 pixels wide (full-screen on mobile devices) with rounded corners and a soft shadow. The window header contains a robot icon, the title "AI Assistant", a minimize button (minus sign), and a close button (×).

Message area — the central part of the window. Messages from the AI have a light gray background, while yours appear in green. Each message displays the time it was sent.

Input panel — at the bottom of the window. Here you'll find a text field with the placeholder "Type a message…", a microphone button for voice input on the left, a clear-text button (×, appears when there's text) on the right, and a send button (paper airplane).

Suggestion chips — above the chat history, rounded button suggestions may appear (for example, "Create form", "Add field"). These are contextual hints from the AI based on the page you're currently on. Click a chip and its text is sent to the chat automatically.

Key Features

  • Text chat — type your message, press Enter or the send button (paper airplane). The AI responds with text and may suggest actions.
  • Voice input — tap the microphone, speak, and after 1.5 seconds of silence the recording stops automatically. The transcribed text appears in the input field (it is not sent on its own).
  • Chat history — all messages are stored in your browser's memory. If you reload the page or close the tab, the chat resumes from where you left off.
  • Page context — the AI "sees" where you are (for example, the form editor or the event list) and offers relevant actions through suggestion chips.
  • Mobile view — on screens narrower than 600 pixels, the chat expands to full screen for comfort.

How to Open, Minimize, and Close

  1. Open — click the green hexagonal button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Minimize — click the minus (–) button in the top-right corner of the chat window. Your history is saved and the open button stays in place.
  3. Close completely — click the × button in the top-right corner. The chat closes, the message history is cleared, and the session ends. The next time you open it, a new dialogue starts with a fresh greeting.

Tip: Use minimize when you need to peek at something outside the chat window without losing the conversation context. Use close when the dialogue is finished and you want to start fresh.
