What is this for?
This page is your workspace for viewing all information about a specific event and its participants. Here you can see statistics, registration data in a table format, and charts that help analyze your audience.
How to Access the Page
The page opens automatically when you select a specific event from the Event Library. After clicking on the event card, the system loads the page with its details.
General Page Structure
The page consists of two tabs, switched using buttons at the top of the screen:
- «Details» — the main tab containing event information and the table of registered participants.
- «Charts» — tab with visual reports and diagrams based on participant data.
What You Will See on the «Details» Tab
Event Information Block
At the top of the tab, there is a card with the main event details. It contains the following data:
- Event Name — displayed in the card header.
- Description — short text description of the event.
- Start Date — when the event begins (with timezone consideration).
- End Date — when the event ends.
- Number of Participants — total number of registered people.
- Number of Waitlisted Participants — number of people waiting for confirmation.
- Creation Date — when the event was created in the system.
- Timezone — the timezone in which event dates are displayed.
- Last Updated — when the event data was last modified.
Note: All dates are displayed according to the timezone specified when creating the event. If you see an incorrect date, check the timezone settings.
Participants Table
Below the information block is a table with registered participant data. Each column corresponds to a registration form field that you configured when creating the event.
- The table shows 5 participants per page.
- By clicking the navigation buttons at the bottom of the table, you can view subsequent pages with data.
- If a participant did not fill in a certain field, a dash (–) is displayed in the corresponding cell.
Download Report Button
In the right part of the table header, there is a button to download the report in Excel format. Clicking this button automatically downloads an .xlsx file with the complete list of participants and their data.
Note: The file downloads with a name containing the event name and its start date. Save the file in a convenient location.
What You Will See on the «Charts» Tab
On the «Charts» tab, a board with diagrams opens. Each diagram is a separate block that can be moved with the mouse around the board, changing its position.
For a detailed description of working with charts, please refer to the Charts and Diagrams guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see any data in the table? Possibly no one has registered for your event yet. Check if the registration link works and if the event is active.
Why are some columns missing from the table? Table columns correspond to registration form fields. If you didn't add a certain field when creating the event, the corresponding column won't appear.
Why do the dates differ from what I expected? Check the event timezone settings. All dates are displayed according to the timezone specified during creation.
