Organizer Calendar – Event Overview & Quick Details

What is this for?

The Organizer Calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of all your live and completed events. It shows only events on a monthly/weekly/daily calendar grid, and clicking any event opens a compact popup with key details and a one-click link copy.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Organizer Calendar

  • In the left sidebar, click the Calendar icon (📅) labeled Organizer.
  • The calendar loads in Month view by default.

2. Switch Views

Use the view selector in the top-right corner of the calendar header:

  • Month – whole month at a glance
  • Week – detailed weekly timeline with time slots
  • Day – single-day schedule

3. Navigate Dates

  • Click the ◀ ▶ arrows next to the current period label to move backward/forward.
  • Click Today to jump back to the current date instantly.

4. View Event Details

  1. Locate an event block on the calendar (green bars with the event title).
  2. Click the event block.
  3. A Details Popup appears showing:
    • Event Name
    • Description
    • Number of Subscribers
    • Journey Name (if a journey is attached)
  4. Click the Copy Link button (clipboard icon) to copy the public registration URL to your clipboard.
  5. Click Close (or the ✕ button) to dismiss the popup.

Important Rules & Tips

Only Active and Finished events appear on the calendar. Events with status Created, Stopped, or Closed Subscribe are deliberately hidden so you see only events that are or were live.

Time zones are handled automatically. Each event's start time is converted to your personal time zone (set in Account Settings). What you see on the calendar is the local time the event starts for you.

Default display length is 1 hour. Every event block spans one hour from its start time on the calendar. This is just a visual cue; the actual event duration may differ.

Copy Link works reliably only for Active events. The button is always visible, but for non-Active events the registration link may not be publicly valid.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Why don't I see my draft event on the calendar?
Drafts (status Created) are hidden by design. Change the status to Active to make it appear.

The event time looks wrong.
Check your Account Settings → Time Zone. The calendar converts every event's start time into your configured zone.

I clicked an event but nothing happened.
Make sure you clicked the colored event bar, not an empty cell. If the popup still doesn't open, refresh the page — the calendar data may have gone stale.

Can I create a new event from the calendar?
No. To create a new event, go to the Events Library (list icon in the sidebar) and click Create → Event Form.

Does the calendar show Custom Forms too?
No. The Organizer Calendar displays Event Forms only. Custom Forms are managed exclusively in the Events Library.
