Journeys List
What is this for?
The Journeys List page is your central dashboard for managing all automated communication scenarios. Here you can create new journeys, edit existing ones, copy them for reuse, or remove those you no longer need. Each journey defines a sequence of automated actions — such as sending emails at specific times — that run automatically for your events.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Open the Journeys List
- In the main navigation, click Journeys. The page opens showing a table of all your saved journeys.
-
View Journey Details
- The table displays each journey's Name, Description, Created Date, and Updated Date.
- Use the search box above the table to filter journeys by name.
- Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom.

- Click the CREATE JOURNEY button in the top action bar.
- You will be taken to the Journey Editor to build your scenario from scratch.
-

- Select Edit. The Journey Editor opens with that journey's configuration loaded.
-
Copy a Journey
- Open the journey's three-dot menu (⋮) and choose Copy.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm to create a duplicate named "copy [Original Name]".
- The copy appears in the list with an empty description — open it to rename and adjust.
-
Remove a Journey
- Open the journey's three-dot menu (⋮) and choose Remove.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm to permanently delete the journey.
- Important: You cannot delete a journey that is currently used in any active event. The system will show an error message if you try.
Important Rules & Tips
Note: A journey used in an active event cannot be edited or deleted. This protects live events from accidental changes. To modify such a journey, either deactivate the event first or create a copy of the journey and update the event to use the copy.
Tip: Use clear, descriptive names for your journeys (e.g., "Pre-Event Reminder Series" or "Post-Event Feedback Flow"). This makes it easier to find the right one when assigning journeys in the Event Constructor.
Note: The list shows up to 50 journeys per page. If you have many journeys, use the search box to quickly locate a specific one by name.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why can't I click the "Edit" or "Remove" button for a journey? The journey is likely assigned to an active event. The system blocks edits and deletions to protect running events. Check the event's status or create a copy of the journey instead.
I copied a journey but can't find it. The copy appears at the top of the list with the name "copy [Original Name]". Use the search box to filter by "copy" if the list is long.
What happens to scheduled emails if I delete a journey? If a journey is not in use (no active events reference it), deleting it removes all its scheduled actions permanently. Any pending emails for that journey will not be sent. Always verify the journey is unused before deleting.
Can I reorder journeys in the list? The list is sorted by creation date (newest first). There is no manual drag-and-drop reordering. Use the search box to find journeys quickly.
